It is located in a mature area of Port Elgin and is within walking distance of public school and the downtown core.  There are 4 bedrooms with the master (and ensuite) on the 2nd level.  The living room is very inviting with a natural gas fireplace.  The overall heating is natural gas forced air and there is central air.  Most of the windows have been replaced, there is new trim work and the wainscoting in the hallway gives a welcoming impression.  The kitchen has been updated, there is a separate dining room and the eating nook has large wndows that overlook the renced rear yard.  There is a full basement that, with a little work, could be a great family room area.  The large deck is great for entertaining purposes and, for the handy peson, there is a workshop in the rear of the house.  No gimmicks here; just a house full of comfort!
