Staging is so much more than making sure that the de-cluttering is done, the beds are made and there are nice towels in the bathroom.
Staging could encompass everything from laying floor, removing wallpaper, adding a back splash, painting, bringing in different furniture, adding appropriate decor to making sure the house is spic and span for picture taking.
In order to assist you with the sale of your property, I am offering, compliments of myself, a Home Staging Consultation. This will consist of two visits by Dana from
Savvy Homes Inc. The first visit will be an introduction to
your home and a full evaluation of each room including photographs
. The second visit will include a Staging Presentation advising
what actions need to be taken to maximize the appearance of your home.
